Our way, for you.
At Liftstar, we love difficult access challenges. Where a site may seem complex, we deliver a product tailored to it — through our tried and tested Design To Fit process, and through genuine, ongoing collaboration with you and your team.

Six stages, one continuous conversation.
At Liftstar, we love difficult access challenges. Where a site may seem complex, we deliver a product tailored to it — through our tried and tested Design To Fit process, and through genuine, ongoing collaboration with you and your team.
01
Consult & Assess
Every project begins with a conversation and a site visit. We walk the terrain with you, understand how you move through the property today, and identify the access challenge in its full context — the slope, the landscape, the architecture, and the people who will use it every day.
Collaboration at this stage
We meet you on site and, where there's one, with your architect or builder already involved, so the brief is shaped by everyone who knows the property.

02
Design to fit
A Railglider tailored to your site — not the other way around.
Using what we've learned, we design the rail line, structure, cab and drive specifically for your terrain and needs. We consider the gradient, the run length, the landing points, the finishes and how the lift will sit within the landscape. This is our Design To Fit process — the core of how we work.
Collaboration at this stage
We share early concepts with you and your team, explaining the engineering choices and inviting input before anything is finalised.
03
Refine together
The details are settled in collaboration, not in isolation.
Good access solutions are refined, not imposed. We work through the rail alignment, the cab style, the finishes and the landing details with you and your design team — adjusting until the Railglider sits naturally within the property and meets exactly the way you want to move through it.
Collaboration at this stage
This is the stage where ongoing collaboration matters most. Your architect, builder and landscape designer all have a seat at the table, and we iterate until everyone is confident.

04
Build & install
Precision manufacture and careful, site-aware installation.
Once the design is agreed, we manufacture to specification and install with care for your property. Installation is planned around your home, your landscape and your schedule — minimising disruption and protecting the finishes and planting we've all worked to preserve.
Collaboration at this stage
We coordinate with your builder and trades, keep you informed at each milestone, and adapt on site when the terrain asks for it.
05
Commission
Tested, handed over, and made yours.
Before we call a project complete, we test every aspect of the Railglider — the drive, the brakes, the controls, the safety systems — and walk you through how to use and care for it. We hand over only when you're confident and comfortable.
Collaboration at this stage
We demonstrate the lift with you, answer your questions, and make sure everyone in the household knows how it works.

06
Ongoing care
A relationship that continues well beyond handover.
A Railglider is built for decades of daily use. We stay close — with servicing, support and a genuine point of contact — so your access stays smooth, safe and reliable long after installation day.
Collaboration at this stage
You're never on your own. The same team that designed and installed your Railglider is there for the life of it.
